Create the operator/company first. The organisation code is used by trainees and managers when they log in.
Link the organisation to the normal paid simulator access system. Create the organisation first, then allocate the paid simulator hours here. Trainees, trainers and managers from that organisation will use the same hour bank when they open the simulator.
Edit the course templates used when creating employees. Modules are JSON so the setup stays flexible. Module type can be simulator or quiz. Quiz modules count as part of the course assessment.
